Cancellation Policy

Payment is accepted in Cash or Paybox. We ask that clients cancel no less than 24 hours before their appointment. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged if canceled within 24 hours. We allow a 15-minute grace period for being late. If you are unable to make it within the allotted time, please contact us ASAP to be mindful of the client after you, and the time Breanna will have to adjust for your appointment. It could mean a certain service won't be available during your appointment. (Example: washing and styling) may have to be omitted from your appointment depending on the time difference you have left. (You will still be charged the original price of the service) Before your appointment, we also ask that you come with your hair clean and dry, (free of tangles, severe mattes, or locs, no oils/build-up) and styled how you would normally wear it DOWN; with or without styling products. The appointment is confirmed upon receipt of an email, usually within a few minutes. Please contact us if not received!
